You have probably found this page as you use Novacor medical devices and are looking for support.
In an attempt to be helpful, I did post some infomation on this page, but was very quickly contacted by a solicitor acting on behalf of Novacor UK Limited, David Grey and Jaqueline Gray requiring me to remove the information that I had provided.
As a result I will only provide some very simple facts, as I understand them. Nothing on this webiste is, or has ever been intended to be interpreted or misinterpreted as suggesting that anyone has acted inappropriately.
- Novacor UK Limited made a significant change to how they operated on 16th February 2026. From this date emails to Novacor UK received the following automatic reply.
Dear Valued Customers and Suppliers
As of 16th February 2026, Novacor UK will be closed. This decision has not been taken lightly. The changing face of healthcare and the challenges and demands we and our partners are facing, along with continued rising costs across all aspects of our trade has meant our business has become unsustainable and sadly, despite our best efforts, we are unable to continue.
We would like to express our gratitude to everyone we’ve had the great pleasure of communicating and working with over the last 28 years for the loyal support and trust you have had in us; you have been incredible, thank you.
All existing orders will be fulfilled where stock is available and customers will be contacted to confirm.
For orders where stock is unavailable, customers will be contacted directly to notify.
All suppliers will be contacted individually and payments will continue to be paid when due.

2. As of 15/07/26 Novacor UK Limited does not appear to have started any formal process of liquidation.

3. Nova Medical Supplies was established with the hope of providing ongoing support for Novacor customers in the UK.
4. Novacor (France) was unable to provide traceability information to enable Nova Medical Supplies to provide ongoing support to UK customers. As a result Novacor (France) and Nova Medical Supplies were unable to agree commercial terms for an ongoing service for UK based customers.
5. Novacor (France) went into administration on 29/04/26

6. Despite our best intentions, Nova Medical Supplies will not be able to support Novacor customers in the UK moving forward.
7. Service contracts held with Novacor UK Ltd are a contract between you and Novacor UK Ltd. Please contact Novacor UK Ltd regarding any refunds that may be due.
8. There is still a possibility that Novacor (France) will be sold to another business, but until this happens there is no know source of accessories consumables or servicing for UK customers
